Hillside Public Library - Hillside, NY
Currently under construction is a new Library for the New Hyde Park—Garden City Park Library District. Located on Lakeville Road in Nassau County, NY the building consists of a complete rehabilitation of an existing public assembly building into a 28,000 SF Public Library. The project includes an entirely new front façade, a barrel vaulted children’s library, a new young adult library and an entire main floor dedicated to adult services, Reference, Computers and an expanded collection.

The Library is part of the revitalization of the New Hyde Park downtown district and will include integration with the expanded streetscape of the Towns Master Plan.

Completion is expected in 2006.
