Shinnecock Canal Maritime Marine Center -Shinnecock, NY
The Shinnecock Canal Maritime Heritage Center on the Shinnecock Canal will be an attractive, active and culturally vibrant learning center and park with strong historical linkage to the rest of the Hamlet and the Township of Southampton. The learning center will educate the public about the rhythms of the bays, the history of the canal and the baymen who work in these local waters.
