Proposed Greenburgh Library - Greenburgh, NY
The Town of Greenburgh, NY in conjunction with the Library Board of Trustees has engaged BH&A to design a new state-of-the-art Library. The current design envisions doubling the existing building square footage from 22,500 SF to 45,000 SF. Part of this work will include upgrading the existing building to meet the needs and code requirements of today.

The building site is situated on a major traffic artery (I-287) in Westchester County, NY. Taking advantage of the views offered and the prominent site the image projects a Library ready to offer programs to the community for years to come.

The project is expected to be constructed for just under $20M.
