This is a new 23 story Class ‘A’ Office tower comprising 500,000 square feet situated on the Inner Harbor East in Baltimore. Designed with open floor plans and adjacent to the new Four Seasons Hotel & Condominiums, the project is being designed to achieve LEED Certification.
